(2012-2015)

Following a period working on contract with Investec Bank PLC under Aviation-Appraisal, Andy took up full time employment with Investec to manage their fleet of leased aircraft. He was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Investec Aviation operations with specific responsibilities for:-

  •  Embraer and ATR aircraft. 
  •  re-deliveries and repossessions. Management of third party technical resources.
  • Initially written off by the bank, the aircraft were rebuilt in situ by a team of contractors and remarketed. This necessitated the rapid establishment of a full logistic support chain, including budgeting, purchasing, transportation and invoice management. This project involved the setting and administration of a $30mm budget and resulted in the recovery of all investors funds and all expenses.
